Job Description:
A company is looking for a Defense Litigation Attorney to join
their team in a fully remote position.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle all aspects of defense litigation, including case strategy,
discovery, depositions, motions, and trial preparation
Represent clients in various matters, such as general liability,
employment defense, personal injury defense, public entity defense,
and commercial litigation
Conduct legal research and draft pleadings, motions, and other
legal documents
Required Qualifications:
Active California Bar license (required)
2+ years of defense litigation experience (general liability,
employment law, personal injury defense, Insurance Defense,
Workers' Compensation, etc.)
