Job Description:
A company is looking for a Remote Hospice Triage RN- PT.
Key Responsibilities
Provide after-hours triage support for hospice and home health
clients
Access electronic medical records and utilize internal applications
for charting and documentation
Complete required training and maintain compliance with nursing
protocols and continuing education
Required Qualifications
MUST have or be willing to obtain a Compact RN license
Experience in hospice, palliative, or end-of-life care is strongly
preferred
Experience in fast-paced environments such as emergency departments
or critical care
Ability to manage multiple technology applications and document
during calls
Must reside in the U.S. and be legally eligible to work for any
employer
