Job Description:
A company is looking for a Health Plan Configuration Manager to
lead the configuration of claims systems for health plans.
Key Responsibilities
Lead the team in deploying and maintaining benefit plans for health
plan customers
Develop and optimize benefit configuration structures and claims
processes
Serve as a subject matter expert and ensure documentation and QA
compliance
Required Qualifications
5+ years of experience with claims systems and EDI files
Experience in leading and mentoring a team
Ability to manage time-critical issues independently
Strong organizational and prioritization skills
Ability to adapt to ambiguity and make decisions in a fast-paced
environment
