Job Description:
A company is looking for a Time & Pay Solutions Specialist to
join their Corporate Payroll team.
Key Responsibilities
Assist employees with timesheet questions and perform timecard
corrections
Provide payroll information to Human Resources/Legal and recommend
resolutions for discrepancies
Track and escalate unresolved customer issues while ensuring
excellent customer service
Required Qualifications
High School diploma / GED with 2+ years of timesheet administration
or time charging experience in a defense contracting industry
Strong Microsoft Office experience
Knowledge of time charging and payroll policies to ensure
compliance with company and federal regulations
Ability to work overtime and US East Coast hours
US citizenship required, with the ability to obtain security
clearance as needed
