A company is looking for a Director, Sales Force
Effectiveness.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement a comprehensive sales operations strategy to
support NSCLC salesforce
Design and manage incentive compensation plans and optimize
salesforce automation tools
Conduct market and sales trend analysis to provide actionable
insights to sales leadership
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in business, finance, or a related field (MBA
preferred)
10+ years of sales operations and/or commercial analytics
experience, with at least 5 years in oncology
Strong expertise in sales force deployment, analytics, and
incentive compensation design
Proficiency in CRM systems and data analytics tools
Experience supporting product launches and understanding of NSCLC
treatment landscape
