Job Description:
A company is looking for a Sales Development Specialist to
generate leads and support the sales team.
Key Responsibilities
Achieve a minimum of 100% quota attainment through lead generation
and demand programs
Engage with prospects via phone, email, and LinkedIn to build a
pipeline of new opportunities
Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to understand and convey
the company's value proposition
Required Qualifications
4+ years of inside sales and/or account management experience
Experience with high-volume outbound calling to prospects
Proficiency in LinkedIn and Salesforce.com
Familiarity with tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, SalesLoft,
and ZoomInfo
A bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
