Position Overview:
As the Lead Carpenter, you will be at the heart of our operations, overseeing the construction and installation processes on a variety of remodeling projects, including window and door installations. You will work closely with your team to ensure that all projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards. This is a great opportunity for a seasoned carpenter looking to lead projects for a company that values quality work, integrity, and craftsmanship.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage carpentry crew on remodeling projects, ensuring adherence to project specifications and timelines.
Perform hands-on carpentry tasks, including framing, trim work, and custom carpentry.
Install Pella windows and doors to exacting standards, following manufacturer guidelines.
Ensure all work complies with local building codes, safety regulations, and company standards.

Qualifications:

Minimum of 10 years of carpentry experience, with at least 2 years in a lead or supervisory role.
Proficient in all aspects of carpentry, including framing, finishing, and custom woodworking.
Experience installing windows and doors, particularly Pella products, is a strong advantage.
Excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
Commitment to safety and quality workmanship.
