Job Description:
A company is looking for a Network Operations Data Analyst.
Key Responsibilities
Collect, validate, and manage data for performance tracking across
all lines of business
Monitor and analyze network performance metrics, including
utilization and quality of service
Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to visualize network
performance and recommend improvements
Required Qualifications
Experience in network operations or a related analytical role,
preferably in healthcare
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
Relevant experience in performance tracking and reporting
Extensive knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, especially
Excel
Knowledge of provider network development activities is
preferred
