Job Description:
A company is looking for a Remote Production Support Manager,
Whls.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee account manager and loan set-up responsibilities to meet
performance targets
Train associates on current policies and procedures, including
ongoing revisions
Act as a liaison between Sales, Underwriting, Funding, and Account
Management functions
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
One to two years of experience in a supervisory role
Eight or more years of directly related mortgage industry
experience
Proficient with Microsoft Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.)
Ability to organize and prioritize work schedules of others on a
long-term basis
