Job Description:
DescriptionThe Public Policy Analyst II is responsible for
tracking state and federal legislation and regulation,
communicating policy updates within the organization, conducting
health policy research, leading internal meetings, and leveraging
subject matter expertise on important public policy issues. The
Public Policy Analyst will work with the Manager of Public Policy
and the Vice President of Public Policy and Government Relations to
execute Medica's public policy agenda. The Public Policy Analyst
will also work closely with Medica's Legal and Compliance teams and
other internal business partners to assess potential business
impact of regulatory and legislative changes.

This position is a Hub role, which requires an employee to
occasionally come onsite to the designated office - Madison, WI -
for applicable heads-up work. Frequency is determined by business
need as decided by leadership.
The full salary range for this position is $54,100 - $92,800.
Annual salary range placement will depend on a variety of factors
including, but not limited to, education, work experience,
applicable certifications and/or licensure, the position's scope
and responsibility, internal pay equity and external market salary
data. In addition to compensation, Medica offers a generous total
