Role: Architect IGAPrimary Skill: SailPoint IDNowLocation: USJob Description:We are currently seeking an Identity Management Architect to support our Identity Governance and Administration (IGA) practice. This position will be part of our Center of Excellence and work directly with our Senior Architects and Practice Manager to assess IAM policies and procedures, document and develop overall IAM strategy, identify and address internal process or access control issues, coordinate IAM-related communications to the Simeio community, and provide standards and guidelines to implement/deploy IGA solutions that facilitate business operations.At present the services fall under one of the following categories which are delivered via Identity as a Services Solutions (IDAAS):

  • Access Governance
  • Identity Administration
  • Access Management & Federation
  • Security & Risk Intelligence
  • Data SecurityKey Accountabilities:
  • SailPoint Identity Now implementation and support
  • Configure virtual appliances & create identity profiles
  • Execute role-based provisioning & manage access review
  • Communicate with clients/partners on products & implementations
  • Managing, facilitating and maintaining knowledge repositories of existing and past implementations
  • Creation of LOE based on various deployment scenarios
  • Ability to guide teams in gap discussions on use cases and recognize technical and process gaps in client programs based on best practices, industry process and technical standards plus any regulatory/compliance requirements
  • Ability to assess potential threats and weaknesses in existing processes and procedures
  • Developing a best practice methodology for the governance of the identity lifecycle processes around roles/rules, monitoring access control processes to ensure they are effective, efficient, and in compliance with standards and control objectives
  • Developing and documenting IGA standards and controls and implementing procedures to ensure defined standards and controls are operating effectively
  • Developing support and sustainability procedures for ongoing operations related to Security Operations
  • Create and maintain training and accreditation programs and manage the Simeio training for the Identity Governance practice area.Key Skills:
  • 8+ years of experience in Identity and access management with at least 3+ years of professional experience related to Identity and Access Management programs
  • Experience with workflows, identity triggers, access review, access request, event triggers, password management
  • Experience with Access Model (access profile, entitlements, roles and role insights)
  • Experience with Identity AI, search functionality, segregation of duties
  • Experience with HR systems - Workday, Oracle fusion, SAP success factor etc.
  • Experience in Active Directory and ITSM tools (ServiceNow)
  • Experience with programming languages: Java, BeanShell
  • Knowledge of directory servers (Oracle, TDS, AD, LDAP, etc.)
  • Implementation experience with SailPoint product suite (IIQ, ISC)
  • Technical understanding of identity governance and identity administration skills
  • Understanding of authorization/access control models and role-based access control models
  • Professional designations or certification related to cyber-security, audit information systems, or IT security desirableSoft Skills:
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills (written and verbal) to interact with various levels of client representatives
  • Strong program team leadership and interpersonal skills in areas such as teamwork, facilitation, and negotiation
  • Strong time management skills
  • Ability to identify and analyze problems
  • Ability to work in a highly integrated and dynamic team environment
  • Desire to work on diverse projects with multiple language, cultural, and technical differences
  • Ability to work in a dynamic work environment
  • Able to travel to client locations
  • Ability to develop and manage project plans & budgets
