Job Description:
A company is looking for a Patient Assessment Standards
Coordinator.
Key Responsibilities
Coordinates data collection and ensures supporting documentation is
present
Provides education to interdisciplinary team members regarding the
IRF-PAI process
Maintains effective communication between the facility, hospital
departments, and staff
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in nursing or Master's Degree in PT, OT, or
SLP
2 years of experience in an inpatient rehabilitation facility or
similar setting
2 years of experience with functional assessment tools (FIM, QI
functional assessment tool)
Knowledge of inpatient rehabilitation regulations and Medicare
reimbursement
Licensure as an RN, PT, OT, or SLP in the State of Pennsylvania
upon hire
