Guide and support the WFM scheduling team, ensuring goals for legendary customer service are met to support our growing North American company!Better together! This position is on-site, and we are looking for people who share our passion.Position Responsibilities

• Manage a team of Customer Service WFM scheduling associates, encouraging productivity and accuracy.
• Become a policy and process expert to train associates.
• Recommend efficiencies and productivity improvements for the team.
• Support the WFM team and work with management to solve operational challenges.Minimum Requirements
  • High School Diploma or equivalent. Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • 2+ years of leadership experience focused on building culture, performance and problem-solving skills.
  • WFM scheduling experience in a customer service environment preferred.
  • Ability to evaluate data to identify creative solutions to business needs. Benefits
