Job Description:
A company is looking for a Call Center Representative to support
customer inquiries and service needs.
Key Responsibilities
Handle inbound calls to assist customers with insurance policy
inquiries and offer additional products
Provide expertise on products and services to ensure appropriate
insurance coverage
Support customers in setting up new claim reports with empathy and
care
Required Qualifications
A minimum of two years relevant work experience or two years
post-secondary education
For sales roles, a Property & Casualty license is required or must
be obtained during training
Ability to multitask and navigate multiple computer systems
Experience in customer service is preferred
Must have a designated workspace free from distractions and
high-speed internet access
