Job Description:
A company is looking for a Lifecycle Operations Specialist to
join their Growth Marketing team.
Key Responsibilities
Collaborate with campaign owners to deliver promotional campaigns,
understanding business goals and performance indicators
Monitor, optimize, and analyze email and push campaigns, providing
insights and recommendations for enhancements
Strategize and execute automated journeys across the customer
lifecycle, supporting various business areas
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
3-5 years of experience in lifecycle marketing, marketing CRM, or
related functions
Expertise in marketing automation tools and CRM marketing
technology
Experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud is strongly
preferred
Strong analytical skills with proficiency in customer data analysis
and segmentation
