A company is looking for a Help Desk Support Specialist to
provide technical support for Unified Communications systems.
Key Responsibilities
Provide day-to-day support, maintenance, and troubleshooting for
Cisco Call Center solutions
Ensure seamless voice, video, and messaging services across the
organization
Collaborate with internal teams to resolve technical issues related
to Unified Communications
Required Qualifications
Experience with Cisco Unified Communications Manager (CUCM)
Technical skills in troubleshooting communication systems
Ability to work in a remote environment
Mid-senior level experience in IT support
Contract employment availability
