Job Description:
A company is looking for a Crisis Services Shift Supervisor.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide guidance and support to counselors in crisis
intervention
Facilitate training and mentor counselors to enhance their
skills
Assist with administrative tasks and ensure quality assurance in
service delivery
Required Qualifications:
High School diploma or equivalent
1-2 years of experience in crisis care or customer care
settings
Experience as a Shift Supervisor in a crisis care or contact center
environment
Understanding of LGBTQ+ issues and challenges faced by LGBTQ+
youth
Demonstrated commitment to self-care and resilience in crisis
intervention work
