WANTED: Experienced Machinist For 2nd Shift Team Lead
Run your own machine while assisting your team members to achieve
their goals. Provide leadership in your department(s) and
associated operations, including machine shop, quality, and
shipping. Knowledge of various types of CNC and manual machines is
necessary. The ability to maintain employee and workplace safety,
to train and to lead are essential as a team leader.
The desired candidate needs to have excellent communication skills,
problem solving and decision-making ability, and the ability to
prioritize workflow in a constantly changing job shop environment.
Additionally, CAD/CAM abilities, excellent math skills, and
proficiency in basic computer skills are a plus.

BENEFITS:
4 Day Work Week (10 hour shifts) Monday through Thursday 3:20 pm -
1:50 am with optional Friday overtime. NO WEEKENDS!
