Field Service Manager Supervisor Director Manufacturing Production Line Machinery Automation Automated Assembly Processing Packaging _.

Seeking a Field Service Manager to join an award winning organization.

Duties:

*** Oversee Field Service Technicians who install, repair and upgrade machinery at various customer facilities.

*** Solve customer issues regarding machinery and equipment malfunctions by providing over the phone technical support or by sending out a Field Service Representative to solve the problem(s).

*** Manage revenue in designated territory and find out ways to increase it.

Requirements:

*** 3+ years hands-on experience installing, troubleshooting and repairing Automated Production Line Machinery.

*** Completion of Field Service training program or similar.

*** Supervisory experience.
