Key Responsibilities
Provide prompt and detailed customer service via phone and
email
Collaborate with other support teams to ensure high-quality
service

Required Qualifications
3+ years of customer service experience
2+ years of experience in technical support focused on customer
success
2+ years supporting consumer WiFi/Mesh networking platforms
2+ years working with firewall configurations and service provider
modems/routers
1+ years providing technical support for mobile devices (iOS,
Android)
