Job Description:
A company is looking for a Technical Solar Expert (Bilingual in
Spanish) to provide customer service and technical support for
solar energy systems.
Key Responsibilities
Handle customer interactions through phone, email, and chat,
addressing both basic and technical inquiries about solar
systems
Troubleshoot solar systems remotely and collaborate with internal
teams to resolve issues
Engage in process improvement initiatives and ongoing training to
enhance knowledge and customer support
Required Qualifications
Associate: 6+ months of solar experience or 2+ years of
IT/Technical Troubleshooting or 5+ years of customer support
experience
Specialist: 2+ years of solar experience in a technical support or
field service role
Ability to communicate with customers in Spanish via phone and
email
Experience with Zendesk or Salesforce is a plus
Extensive knowledge of Solar Storage Systems is a plus
