Job Description:
A company is looking for a Technical Communications Specialist
on a contract basis.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead the redesign and update of SharePoint pages to enhance
usability and functionality
Collaborate on integrating ServiceNow to create a user-friendly
intranet-style portal
Provide training and support for team members on SharePoint and
ServiceNow tools
Required Qualifications:
Experience with enterprise communication tools
Previous experience in a similar role within a corporate
environment
Proficiency in SharePoint design and customization, and experience
with ServiceNow
Knowledge of intranet best practices and employee engagement
strategies
Availability for a 3-month contract
