As the Lead Line Cook for our team, you will complete a variety of tasks which will include:

• 
  
• Prepare and sell food within recommended timeframes.
  
• Operate kitchen equipment.
  
• Produce quality product in a timely and efficient manner.
  
• Prepare and cook all food items according to recipe, presentation standards, and specifications.
  
• Prepare ingredients, such as portioning, chopping, or storing.
  
• Check supply and prep lists to ensure all items are items are prepped within their timeframes.
  
• Wash and disinfect kitchen area, workstations, etc.
  
• Assist in providing training to new cooks.
  
  
  
  
  The position is ideal for someone with the following experience and qualities:
  
  
  • 
    
  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
    
  • Previous experience in a similar role.
    
  • Excellent customer service skills.
    
  • Dependability and regular attendance.
    
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
