1.0 FTE. 4 clinic days at our Wauwatosa location located off Hwy 45
and Burleigh.
Call Schedule: Call is 1:8 days with post-call day off. Call is 24
hours in-house at St. Joseph Hospital.
Practice Detail:
Join a well-established practice with 7 OB/GYN physicians who cover
St. Joseph Hospital, a level III facility with a level III Nursery
and NICU. 4 Board Certified Maternal Fetal Medicine Physicians for
specialty consults for high-risk mothers and babies. Gyn/Onc,
Uro/Gyn, and Breast Surgeon consults available.

time of the offer. Responsibilities Ascension St. Joseph Hospital
is looking for an OB/GYN Physician for our OB/GYN practice in
Milwaukee, Wisconsin. Board Certified Neonatologists are available
24/7. In addition to 7 OB/GYN Physicians, we have Gyn/Onc, Uro/GYN
and Breast Surgeon consults and Gyn/Onc surgical services
available, along with Board Certified Maternal Fetal Medicine
Physicians for specialty consults for High-Risk Mothers and Babies.
Opportunities are available to work with the OB/GYN Resident
Program. Evaluates and treats patients with appropriate medical
diagnostic and treatment skills.
Recommends, participates in, and works to ensure the success of
efforts to improve cost effectiveness and quality of care provided
to patients.
Accepts patient referrals from other physicians. Acts as admitting,
attending and/or consulting physician for patients who require
hospitalization for primary medical diagnoses, depending on needs
of patients, medical staff and hospital.
Participates in academic programs (e.g. medical education and
research) as requested.
Provides appropriate documentation that meets insurance company
requirements; appeal all denials in a timely manner.
Participates in inpatient and outpatient consultation for
specialty, which may include on call schedules.
Board Certified Neonatologists are available 24/7. In addition to 7
OB/GYN Physicians, we have Gyn/Onc, Uro/GYN and Breast Surgeon
consults and Gyn/Onc surgical services available, along with Board
Certified Maternal Fetal Medicine Physicians for specialty consults
