A company is looking for a Mental Health Specialist II in the NJ
Hopeline.
Key Responsibilities
Interacts with clients in a therapeutic manner
Assists clients in identifying personal recovery goals and setting
objectives
Advocates for appropriate resources based on assessed needs
Required Qualifications
Four years of full-time paid experience in a mental health or human
service field, or a Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field
Ability to recognize and respond to clients' emotional,
psychiatric, or behavioral changes
Competency in applying assessment and support skills
Experience in crisis intervention
Physical ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 20 lbs
