Cross Country Locums is seeking an Occupational/Urgent Care physician for a contract position in Kenosha Wisconsin

JOB DETAILS:

Open dates: 4/29 thru 7/29/22
We are looking for an IM or FP with Occupational Medicine/Urgent Care experience Mon-Fri (5 days/week)
8am - 5pm Monday - Friday Milwaukee area or surrounding suburbs
MUST be DOT certified
Worksite Setting: Free standing clinic
EMR/EHR system: Allscripts REQUIREMENTS:
- Active unrestricted Wisconsin license,
- DEA
- DOT cert
- Proof of vaccination .
- Name Clear/Submission Process and Turnaround time: Has been about 1 week
