  MKE NICU Blackout dates: 11/28-12/1, 12/23-12/27, 12/30-1/2
  Contract Length: 13 weeks
  Guaranteed Hours per Week: 36 (no guarantee of blocked scheduling)
  Primary Location: Children's Wisconsin - Milwaukee Hospital - Milwaukee, WI
  Shift Requirements: 12 HR nights; 7pm-7:30a
  Float Requirements: Potential to float to critical care and peds unit. Will float in rotation with other staff.
  Weekend/Holiday: Every other weekend and every other holiday
  Required Certifications: AHA BLS, NRP and WI or Compact RN License required. AHA PALS preferred.
  Required Education: ADN
  Minimum Experience: Must have Level 4 NICU experience. Minimum of 2 years NICU experience & PEDS experience preferred. Experience with CPAP, Trach, High flow, etc. -
  Charting/Equipment: EPIC REQUIRED
  Unit info: Milwaukee NICU is a state-of-the-art, Level IV, 76-bed unit with all private rooms, and it's the only one in the state co-located with a birth center. They care for more than 750 infants with various health problems every year.

  Jewelry (body piercing/body adornment): A single small stud is now permitted to be worn in the nose. No other visible body piercings (e.g. tongue, eyebrow, lips and gauges) are acceptable (except ear piercings).
