Job Description:
A company is looking for a Regional Manager of VIP Food &
Beverage.
Key Responsibilities
Manage day-to-day operations of VIP clubs, in-seat service,
catering, and suites
Build and maintain relationships with general managers, Premium
Service team, VIP guests, and suite holders
Develop and implement VIP food and beverage programs while ensuring
quality and cost management
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree and 2-3 years of management experience in the
contract foodservice industry
Knowledge of accounting policies and procedures and POS systems
Flexibility to work extended hours, including nights, weekends, and
holidays
Ability to travel as required
Experience in premium services, catering, and concessions in a
sports and entertainment venue is preferred
