Job Description:

We are seeking a Senior Scrum Master to support the development of our cutting-edge data platform & its front-end/UI components. As a Senior Scrum Master, you will collaborate with cross functional teams to ensure seamless delivery of platform capabilities and user interfaces, driving agile best practices to enhance team performance. You will closely work with the Product owner, Architect and developers to align on strategic vision & ensure efficient execution of sprints.Key responsibilities:

• Guide and coach the team on Agile and Scrum practices to foster continuous improvement.
• Conduct standups, sprint planning, retrospectives and backlog grooming sessions.
• Ensure adherence to agile principles and help remove impediments.
• Team coordination & Collaboration:
• Act as a servant leader, fostering collaboration among team members.
• Bridge communication between the PO, platform teams and UI team.
• Promote transparency in decision making and sprint deliverables.
• Identify risks and dependencies early, addressing them proactively.
• Facilitate discussions and trade-offs to maintain delivery timelines without compromising quality.Qualifications:
• Proven experience as a Scrum Master, preferably in data platform and UI development projects.
• Strong understanding of Agile frameworks, including Scrum and Kanban.
• Exceptional facilitation and coaching skills, with a focus on servant leadership.
• Familiarity with data platforms, APIs and front-end technologies.
• Experience with tools like Azure DevOps, MIRO.
• Excellent problem-solving and conflict resolution skills.
• Certifications like SAFe Scrum Master (SSM) is a plus.Nice to Have:Snowflake Projects
