you to become an Operating Partner of your location. Operating
Partners are the tip of the spear, top-level leaders, and Team
builders at Dillas Quesadillas. The General Manager position takes
time to learn and we'll coach you every step of the way to become
the best at operating a restaurant based on our priorities. Those
priorities are Manpower, Operations, and Marketing, and our goal is
to support you in your journey of mastering these initiatives.The
priorities at Dillas start with MANPOWER. We must have the RIGHT
Team in the RIGHT seats to have a successful foundation to build
upon. Once manpower is right, you can move into building an
enthusiastic CULTURE of family with accountability. Next, build
your OPERATIONS with primo training, development, and strong
adherence to systems and standards. Once your restaurant is fully
staffed and your Team is firing on all cylinders, you can leverage
that talent to drive world-class FINANCIAL PERFORMANCE to support
community initiatives and growth. At this point, you'll have full
command of MANPOWER, CULTURE, OPERATIONS, and FINANCIAL PERFORMANCE
and you will have earned more freedom of time and movement. This is
when you can take MARKETING to the next level and get outside of
the restaurant to build new partnerships and truly make an impact
in the community. People who make it to this level are typically
our Operating Partners and Operating Partner Candidates.Our vision
is to be THE brand for primo quesadilla meals and we have planned
growth of 10 restaurants throughout DFW in the next 18 months. In
addition to that growth, we are franchising in strategic markets
with the goal of being at 150 restaurants by 2032. Dillas is primed
for growth and we're looking for leaders who are on their way up or
are hungry for more development and direction. If you think that is

company goals and metrics and leverage all of the same systems,
policies, and procedures as the rest of the company. Due to the
high level of "ownership", they take in their Team, Dillas, and
their community, they are compensated for their high-level
consistent performance. As with everyone at Dillas, Operating
Partners will be rewarded based on their effectiveness in making
the people around them better. The compensation is directly related
to the high level of commitment to primo restaurant performance.To
