Job Description:
A company is looking for a Senior Transaction Management
Director to provide strategic leadership in real estate
services.
Key Responsibilities
Lead a team managing a variety of real estate transaction
projects
Implement real estate plans aligned with client goals and manage
project initiation
Negotiate business terms for various property types and ensure
compliance with real estate agency requirements
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree with 8-10 years of related experience and/or
training
Real Estate Salesperson license
Strong financial acumen with experience in financial analysis and
policy development
Proficient in MS Office and capable of leading multiple projects
simultaneously
Ability to motivate employees and engage with clients
effectively
