A company is looking for a Director of Revenue Management.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee process improvements and manage staffing to ensure
efficient operations
Develop and implement quality initiatives while managing the
department's budget
Recruit, train, and evaluate personnel to meet departmental
goals
Required Qualifications
High School Diploma or Equivalent (GED) required; Master's Degree
preferred
Minimum of 5 years of managerial/supervisory experience
required
Minimum of 11 years of relevant experience required
Experience in developing comprehensive procedure manuals for
billing processes
Familiarity with technological initiatives in business process
improvements
