The OpportunityHyatt seeks an enthusiastic Infrastructure IT
Project Manager to join our Hotel Openings and Transitions team. In
this role, you will be collaborating closely with the broader Field
Technology Services team, where you'll be instrumental in
continuing to make Hyatt a leading hospitality company. You will be

Skills
- Needs to be able to express and relay all open issues to
owners/ owner's representatives and other consultants.
- Needs to have a strong understanding of Hyatt's design
standards and to be able to explain and justify the needs for these
requirements to owners, owner's representatives, and other
consultants as needed.Good Writing Skills
- Need to be able to appropriately maintain meeting minutes of
all meetings, calls, and follow-ups associated with the property to
ensure that key items are logged and completed.
- Keep accurate detailed records of meeting minutes,
conversations, and documentation previously reviewed.
- Need to be able to creatively develop professional
presentations and documentation that could be used for distribution
with all stakeholders of the project, including Owners, Operators,
and Leadership of hotels alike.Good Planning and Organizational
Skills
- Need to be able to manage multiple projects at the same
time.
- Strong Problem-Solving Skills and the ability to work under
pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Willingness to travel to meet stakeholders at meetings and
property site visits.Experience Required:
- 3-5 years of Hotel IT experience or IT Network Infrastructure
Design or other equivalent business/ function role outside of the
Hospitality IndustryExperience Preferred:
- Associate degree or greater in Computer Science and/or
Electrical Engineering
- Specific Experience in working with blueprint reviews for Low
Voltage, MATV, and CCTV systems.
- Training or certification as a Project Management
Professional
- Experience with hospitality systems
- Fluent in Spanish is a plusThe position responsibilities
