A company is looking for a Sr. Program Manager, TA Data
Enablement.
Key Responsibilities
Drive program strategy for data initiatives aligned with Talent
Acquisition goals
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance data-driven
execution and reporting
Analyze program outcomes and provide data-driven recommendations
for continuous improvement
Required Qualifications
5+ years of experience in analytics-focused roles, preferably in
TA/HR/People organizations
Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Business
Administration, Project Management, or a related field
Proven experience in project or program management using
methodologies like Agile or Scrum
Proficiency in analytics tools such as SQL, Excel, Tableau, or
Power BI
Knowledge of data management, governance, and analytics best
practices
