Job Description:
A company is looking for an Operations Engineer II for AWS
Managed Services.
Key Responsibilities
Operate the Managed Service platform and collaborate with internal
service teams to meet customer infrastructure and application
deployment needs
Troubleshoot complex issues, drive root cause analysis, and build
proof of concept environments following cloud best practices
Identify and drive improvements to technical processes while
mentoring less experienced engineers
Required Qualifications
3+ years of experience in virtualization, orchestration, and cloud
computing
3+ years of database administration experience
3+ years of information security and compliance experience
Bachelor's degree in computer science or equivalent, or 3+ years of
technical support experience
3+ years of network and operating system support experience
(preferred)
