A company is looking for a UX Copywriter for a project
engagement supporting a large tech client team.
Key Responsibilities
Write agent-facing knowledge base content surrounding delivery and
safety topics
Collaborate with other writers and global client stakeholders from
different teams
Create clear user-facing content while maintaining style guides and
templates
Required Qualifications
5+ years of experience creating user-facing technical content at
the enterprise level
5+ years of experience implementing templates and developing style
guides
Familiarity with delivery and/or safety topics
