Job Description:
A company is looking for a Team Lead, Tax Advisor to deliver
high-quality tax advisory and preparation services while
supervising a team of tax preparers.
Key Responsibilities
Serve as a resource for team members, ensuring consistency and
accuracy in tax filings
Build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring high trust
and satisfaction in tax advisory services
Prepare, review, and finalize tax returns, ensuring accuracy and
compliance
Required Qualifications
Active CPA license or EA designation required
3+ years of experience in tax advisory, including client-facing
engagements
Experience mentoring or supporting other tax professionals
preferred
Strong knowledge of federal and state tax regulations and
compliance requirements
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field, or
equivalent work experience
