Job Description:
A company is looking for a Head of Exchange Traded Funds.
Key Responsibilities
Serve as a strategic advisor for all service lines of business
related to exchange traded funds
Manage a team of ETF senior managers and oversee department
operations, including staffing and performance management
Collaborate with internal and external parties to ensure compliance
and drive revenue growth
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Investment Banking,
Economics, or related field
Fifteen (15) years of fund accounting, ETF accounting, or related
experience
Seven (7) years of management experience, preferably in Financial
Services
Experience managing hybrid and remote teams
Preferred: Certified Public Accountant
